Reduce your salt intake; avoid all fried food, salty foods. Lie on your left lateral position. Take complete bed rest. Chances for normal delivery are very less. The cause for your first LSCS will decide the outcome of the pregnancy

Hello, Thanks for the query.
I have seen the details given. I learn that you have Hypothyroidism and hypertension. But there is absolutely no mention of necessary details like T4, T3 & TSH levels, BP readings, dosage of Levothyroxine being taken and also dosage of other drugs taken. Without any of these details, it is difficult to give any opinion.
In pregnancy first choice drug for hypertension is Methyledopa, then Labetolo and Nifedipine. Olmesartan is contraindicated.

Hey! your gestational age is 34wk+ and as yiu said your bp is high despite of oral medication and having any symptoms like pain in stomach. already they have given you labetalol to control your blood pressure more over your baby will do well with ecospirin also just wait for your not scan and do fetal doppler to know whether baby is affected.

First is to meet md physician or cardiologist for investigations and treatment of high bp. After that depending on reports and your medical condition take a call accepting possibility of high bp in pregnancy. Also understand and accept other risks to you and baby related with high age.

Eslo (amlodipine) should not be taken in pregnancy. There are other medicines like labetalol and methyldopa which should be taken for high BP in pregnancy.
