Follow this 1. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is your traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. (preferably within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Don't take tea empty stomach. For loose motions. Kindly give her enterogermina and himalaya bael capsule crushed in water. She will be relieved within a few days. Bael has antibacterial properties against diarrhea causing microbes. While enterogermina negates the side effects of antibiotics.

This mainly because of your sedentary lifestyle and bad food eating habits. So perform yoga daily and regular walking for 30 minutes to get relief from this. Medications are the second option but change your lifestyle first and eat healthy. Go for high fibre diet and eat fruits to relieve from it.
