Other electrolytes are sodium, calcium, magnesium, phosphate, chloride. These electrolytes bear an electric charge which manages the electrical activity of your health system. Hye.
Firstly understand that no remedy works in isolation. If your diet is not good, no amount of juices, vinegars will help.
So, first try to improve your basic diet.
Only then you can take the apple cider vinegar. Also, I must tell you, many people are not tolerant to it so start with only a teaspoon in a glass full of water. In fact lime water, alla juice also give you results and are safe too.

You can take the help of a dietician who can also help with a variety of diet chart (while taking care of calorie count also ). Please go for regular health check up and repeat the tests as advised. Focus on improving your health rather than worry about the problem. Include exercise and yoga which help in your diabetes management. Discuss about your exercise plan with the doctor so that sufficient precautions can be taken.

not to worry...
Get your kft and electrolytes done regularly.
Avoid high pottasium diets like fruit juices, dates, bananas.....
take lots of fluids.
in case you persistently have raised potassium levels then u can switch over to other anti hypertensives which don't increase Ur pottasium.
Right now it's not worrisome.
Regards
