It is probably safe to use during pregnancy. But still I advise to cross check with your gynaecologist. In addition do this
1. Don't Overeat
2. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it.

Hi lybrate-user, sorry to hear about your vomiting. To decrease the frequency of vomiting, avoid oil and spicy food, heavy meals and give a gap of 1-2 hours after a meal and a nap. You can try Tab. Ondem MD before food. Place on tongue and let it dissolve.

Folic acid early morning before breakfast and doxinate for vomiting you van take once twice or thrice aday half hour before meal if you r hving vomiting still if not you can stop.

Its very common and it will stay till 14-15 weeks of pragnancy, so you need to be mentally prepared, do following things
1) take doxinate 3 times a day and if needed take ondem md since recent studies say ondem has effect on baby can avoid ondem altho in ob experience noone has seen any adverse effect on baby, you can at tab pan once a day early morning empty stomach.
