I consulted another doctor who prescribed me first tab one in evening (as my nausea is at the peak in evening. But there is still no improvement. Even when I consume fruits my acidity level gets high and leads to vomiting. Nothing is helping due to which I am not able to attend office too since last month. Pl help it's getting worse day by day. I had nausea during my first pregnancy but less vomiting. This time I couldn't digest anything. If I vomit in evening the afternoon meal also gets out which means it's not getting digested till evening. My age is 35 and my first daughter is 7 years old. This condition is leading me towards depression which also makes me think whether I have done wrong to take decision of pregnancy at this age. Pl help and guide.

High does folic acid of 5 mg is prescribed only in selected cases. Otherwise in completely normal pregnancy with normal obstetric history, 500 microgram of folic acid is enough and that also is mainly required in first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

Yes it is very safe to eat omlet in pregnancy and healthy also as it has lots of protein. You r feeling nauseated because you r in still in 2nd month of pregnancy and because of hormonal changes, this is very common. You can take doxinate tablet if you have vomiting.

It happens in pregnancy. To improve digestion and to have good quality of life you can still continue tab. Doxinate to alleviate your problem.
