Madam, pregnancy related problems, like many others, can not be solved without seeing the patient. Usually doxylamine-pyridoxine (10 mg /10 mg) combination in the morning in empty stomach with little water helps. Then start your day with some dry food like a piece of dry bread. Repeat the tab if you require but restrict it within 2 tabs / day. Take folic acid / folvite 5 mg - 1 daily after bf, shelcal 500 - 1 tab just before breakfast. Hello, Vomikind contains ondansetron which according to few studies may increase the risk of cleft palate in pregnancy, however this drug is often used in pregnancy but it should not be used as first line drug for nausea and vomiting more so in first 12 weeks.
The first line drug should be a combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine.

Hello. These problems are very common in early pregnancy and subsides by 14 to 16 weeks of pregnancy.
Small tips which may help you are: 1) avoid triggers which leads to nausea and vomiting 2) eat small amount of food at frequent intervals 3) take bland diet

Probably a disl prolapse instead which is giving pressure symptoms (pain radiation to leg) your both screning tests are negative and you have not being infected by tubercular bacterism so better think otherwise and consult an orthopedic surgeon.
