Take medicine udiliv 300, fro sgpt hi and bilirubin. 54, thyrox 50 and cream ncr 10 3 tab per day for endometriosis fibroid and primolut n how is solv sgpt and bilirubin please advice me.

The management will depend upon the size of the fibroid. If the current treatment which is progesterone you are taking for endometriosis is causing raised liver enzymes then you should stop it. Liver enzymes will revert back to normal.

Only ursocol is not the treatment of cirrhosis. You need proper assessment of it. Tiredness is one of the symptoms of cirrhosis.

She has not asked for any tests but I am getting a bile acids test done. Report will take 4 days from thyrocare. Please suggest is the medication and dosage is sufficient. Itching without rash could be due to rise in bile acid but late onset itching with rash in could be solely a skin condition (specific in pregnancy) Itching in palm and sole may be seen in drug allergy too. Besides liver and renal function test please review the above factor too. Thyroid abnormalities add up to skin dryness so moisturising twice daily would be helpful too.

My sgot 59 and sgpt 108 and ggt 401 but bilirubin is normal and kidney. Sugar .uric acid .complete blood count is normal .once a time I drinker alcohol for two months .but I feel muscle and still pain, Dr. prescribed me udiliv300 for 3 months. But now I feel pain, my bilirubin is normal.

Hello keep taking golbi as advised. Take lots of fluids. Avoid fatty meals and oils.
Add Vit E caps 600 mg once daily In addition to golbi. Do a repeat usg after 6 weeks of starting treatment.
If it is pure sludge it improves by 2 months of Treatment... may be takes more time sometimes.
But if there are microcalculi.. Resolution is difficult.

multiple small stobes are really very dangerous to slip down here and there . that will make it more complicated. kindly get your surgery done as early as possible. there is no other way to get rid of gall stones.

Sir, doctor prescribed me the following medicines for treating the gallstones (mobile echogenic foci within the lumen of the gall bladder 1. Deltone 60 mg capsules- early morning- before food and 2. Ursocol sr 450 tablet - morning & night - after food, from few days, during the location when aim using deltone 60 mg capsules, I am getting loose motion. If I stop using deltone 60 mg capsule, I am feeling acid and stomach pain. I am unable to solve my problem during lockdown period. Kindly advice me the treatment and provide necessary information to avoid stomach pain due to gas and avoid loose motions also.
