It seems that the diet also is not being followed. Please follow strict diet and exercise. Continue current medicines and add tab olymprix 20 mg one after breakfast and tab pioz 15 mg one after dinner. Check blood sugars after 10 days and consult your doctor.

High blood sugar level is really harmful. You should take proper medication, restricted diet and regular exercises.
If it is not controlled by allopathic medicines it is better to switch over to insulin or ayurvedic medicines in support.

These are for diabetes and vitamin tablets ( pregalabin ). If you have diabetes at this age you are type 1 diabetic and insulin is a must. The side effects are different for each tablets but not serious to stop tablets as controlling diabetes is the most important aim to avoid umpteen complication of it. There is no specific type of constipation as mentioned by you. However, if constipation is there one has to increase the intake both soluble and insoluble fibers by taking adequate quantities of green salads, flax seeds or fenugreek seeds and plenty of water. Also increase intake fruits (which are permitted). If still constipation remains mild stool softeners may be used with advise from your doctor.

1. Maintain your body weight.
2. Do not fast/ don't have a long break in meals. Instead of having three big meals, start 5-6 frequent but small meals.
3. Do regular light exercise along with meditation.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
The prescription is fine. What is important is to see that blood glucose should be brought down to FBG: <100 mg, PP: 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% <6.8 (even <6%). That will help remain fit and healthy. Thanks.
