Do not worry. Please follow a disciplined and healthy lifestyle. If you become active and eat the right food then your health status will improve a lot. Start with daily exercise for 30 minutes. Then increase it to 1 hour. You can do yoga and pranayama to balance your health. Revert after one month. You can add Homeopathy after that. You can contact me online if needed for Homeopathic treatment.

Mr. lybrate-user, Your blood glucose is not in control. When in control fasting should be closer to 100 mg, after food 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8. Mentioned levels are too high. This means either the drugs being taken are not adequate or your diet and exercise are not as needed. You need to re look at the total treatment. Thanks.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
In diabetes ED does develop after many years of having that disease. This is because high blood glucose affect small (microvasculature) blood vessels supplying the penile muscle. This can happen even in well controlled diabetes and if glucose levels are not well controlled then bound to develop. This is not related to your medication. There a need for achieving stricter glucose control with fasting < 100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c% < 6.8. Thanks.

Hello,
Fasting glucose is in good control. Pp glucose should be 150 to 170 mg and hba1c% < 6.8% (not mentioned). It appears there is a need to give a closer look at your diet pattern and extent of daily exercise. Since there is no mention of weight, height, extent of exercise and diet pattern, no further comments can be made. Thanks.
