the medication you are taking for diabetes are standard medication and if your sugar is controlled with it you should continue with it. For peripheral neuropathy good control is the best approach. For sexual problen best to consult a andorogynist. I will not be able to any suggest unani medicine.

But there is no information on blood glucose, (fasting & pp), hba1c%, lipid profile, dosage of medications being taken, dietary details and extent of daily exercise. With out having all the necessary information, there is no way to advise. Yes metformin and voglibose be taken at a same time. Both are the diabetic medications,and Voglibose prevents absorption of sugar from foods whereas the metformin controls insulin effects

You should keep checking your blood glucose fasting and 2 hrs post food regularly. You may have developed some mild GI side effecr with your previous medicine which are gone with the new that tou have started. But hypoglycemia is a risk which can be prevented with regular monitoring. For chronic pancreatitis patient with diabetes this combination is okay. But insulin will be better in acute pancreatitis or with increased abdominal pain any time. Keep monitoring.

For a person with diabetes it is very important to keep the blood glucose in strict control, otherwise, the long term complications associated with diabetes affecting eyes (retina), kidneys, lower limbs, peripheral nerves and heart can occur more rapidly.
