My age is 29. I got my periods after 2 months. But, bleeding has not stopped after 8 days. The same problem I had faced 1 year back. Gyac suggested pause mf and reports were normal. Can I take pause mf now without consultation?

I have irregular spotting for 15 days and doc suggested me pause mf. I took those for 4 days and my bleeding stopped then after a few weeks it started bleeding again and there's a little spotting for more than 20 days I even tried pause mf but it did not work this time. What should I take to stop it?

Hi, actually I have used texakind mf tablet due to heavy bleeding as suggested by my consultant gynaec. But after taking 10 tablets texakind mf I didn't get any bleeding for next period after using the tablet. But I jus got a spotting of blood and this is the 2nd month from usage of that tablet didn't get my period yet .today is my 47 th day from my last period.

If there was pregnancy at the time you took texkind mf tablet pregnancy would continue however such tablets are not advisable during pregnancy.

your blood sugar needs better control. That being said, just a fasting and postprandial is not enough to decide on treatment. You also need HbA1c to correlate and decide on treatment.

Hello sir, thanks for the query. Your medication needs to be changed. Start zoryl mv1 one tablet before lunch and 1 before dinner. Also start tab ziten m 20/500 one tablet in morning before breakfast. Keep your routine regular.
Eat food at regular intervals (every 4 hourly. Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise for atleast 1 hr daily.
Check your sugars after 1 month fbs, pmbs, hba1c.

Pause is a temporary measure. You have to stop bleeding by taking other drugs after consulting doctors. Then we can find out this cause of heavy bleeding.
