Hello. Good afternoon. Hypersalivation can be due to many causes like stress, dental caries, infections, some other medical history. I suggest you to do proper brushing with tooth brush and tooth paste. Take mouth wash rinse. Flossing. Do scaling once. Even after that if you feel hypersalivation, approach a general physician about this issue. Thank you.

Glycopyrrolate (Robinul) 1-2 mg. Every four hours. Robinul is also available in injectable form – 0.1 mg. Every four hours or 3-4 times/day. Maximum dose – 0.2 mg 4 times/day. Propantheline (Pro-Banthine) 15 mg. One half hour before meals three times a day. Amitriptyline (Elavil) 10 mg. Three times a day or 10-25 mg. At bedtime. Medications could cause excess flow of saliva. It' s possible that medications you're taking could stimulate salivary glands. If this is not too much of a problem, ignore it or else ask your doctor for change of medication.
