Sweating while eating is called GUSTATORY SWEATING it normally happens when we take hot and spicy food . Gustatory SWEATING may damage the nerve of parotid gland
I hope that you are not diabetic. Anticholinergic drugs like GLYCOPYRROLATE but it has complications such as dry mouth ,constipation and confusion. If you apply locally these complications not take place as it does not cross blood barrier
