But one time administration may not cause any serious injuries.

If 2.5 ml of 1 ml/mg risdone is given for short period like a month or so, it would not cause any major side effects. Prolonged use may increase weight, bl. Sugar, cholesterol etc. So get her lipid profile, HbA1c and Lft checked.
