Hi, Lybrate-user you should regularly take care of your skin. Cleansing twice a day with good cleanser. Than use toner which helps to close your skin pores. And oil free moisturiser. You can use Amway, s G&H lotion as moisture as it is water base not oil base. Use scrub twice a week to reduce and remove white heads. For under eye skin use good eye cream at night before sleep. Use it after toner and than eye cream and than moisturiser.

Give yourself some rest and wait and see if the symptoms eradicate. If not meet an ENT. Check for it and get treated if there s any throat issues. As you know in the condition of bulimia nervosa if you were into habits if compulsive vomiting there would have been too much stress to the throat area. You have mentioned you have been treated. By any chance, any time the habit resurfaces meet a psychiatrist and follow through. Take care.
