Hello,

Check how low are your Serum calcium levels.
I would really not advise any calcium supplements, as their absorption in the body is often partial and might in long run can affect kidney functions.
Calcium is abundantly available in natural sources like sesame seeds, Ragi, dark green vegetables, dairy products, if the deficiency can be covered by having a high calcium diet it is always sensible to follow a natural one.
