In June 2017, I was diagnosed with white coat hypertension, anxiety.Doctor prescribed me Vinicor D 25 tabs. After some days, I had a blood test and it showed elevated rbc and high uric acid levels. Doctor prescribed me Aspisol 150 mg and a medicine to reduce high uric acid for 15 days. I also had a phlebotomy (when hematocrit) was 48%.After that I was put on aspirin 75 mg. One month back, I had a blood test and I was diagnosed with vit d deficiency. Doctor prescribed me lupi d3 mouth melt granules once in every 7 days for 2 months. I no longer take aspirin. My uric acid is 8.8. From last 8 needs, I see that I need to urinate more frequently. Urine output is in small amounts and after urinating there is a burning sensation and I feel like urinating once again. I don't wake up at night to urinate. I can resist the need to urinate for a long time. I had tested for blood sugar few months back and it was normal, also few months back I had a usg, it was normal.

He faced ulcer bleeding in Apr 2018 and now he is taking pan along with heart medicines. He has got stent in 2014 so. The medicines followed after bleeding are ecosprin 75 mg, atorva 10 mg, flavedon Mr. 35 mg, obimet and pan. During hospitalization and after two weeks also the hb and creatinine, ESR were normal. But this month (may 10/2017) hb was 9, creatinine was 11 and esr 133 mm for one hour. He used to take aspisol instead of ecosprin for two weeks. Hence he took ecosprin again and repeated the tests after a week. The creatinine came back to 2.6 and hb 9.5 but still the ESR is 126 mm. During hospitalization endoscopy was performed two times and blood two units transfused. Hence the hb was 11 at the time of discharge. But now it shows low level. His recent abdomen scan results: tiny cortical cyst in both kidneys mild thickening of antral wall. But doctor said these are nothing to worry. What is the reason for elevated Esr? It will automatically come down after some time or treatment is needed? What will be the treatment for this? What diet should be followed?

It’s better to stop Ecosprin and once hemoglobin Increases Esr should come down and we should concentrate on lowering the creatine levels and if there is no loss of blood from the body than low hemoglobin levels can be corelated with high creatine levels and I will suggest him to take injection vitcofol 2 cc intramuscularly every alternate days for five pricks over the buttocks through a health professional and Few tips on Diet for kidney disease - have a low protein diet (decrease in milk and i...more

I am 66 years male having diabetes since 2003, ht since 2010 taking following medicines for the last 18 months regularly: with breakfast: glimisave m-1=1 tab, ln block 5=1 +1/2 tab, zitamet 20+500 =1 tab, neurobion forte=1 tab, vitamin a to z or zevit =1 capwith dinner: aspisol 75 =1 tab, tab glimisave 1/2 tab. I also take bgr 35 two tab each half an hour before breakfast and dinner. My hba1c which jumped to 8.2 around two years back remained 6.7 for one year but now has increased to 7.7. There is 7 mm stone in the upper mid pole in the left side of my kidney. Around 20 years back it was 9 mm but now it is 7 mm causing no harm to the kidney and the doctors opine that since it is causing no harm, there is no need of its removal. I am taking plenty of water regularly and sometime homeopathic medicine berberis. Routine urine test yesterday showed 3-5 traces of blood (rbc) in the urine rest ok. My hemoglobin in 2017 was 10.9 but now measured yesterday it is 10.5. I am having the problem of urgency of urine especially in the morning and upon the thought to urinate. My prostrate measured 18.9 gms today. I am having cracks under the sole of my feet for the last 10 years which aggravate with the change of season. I have weak immune system. I take morning walk, exercise ,yoga and pranayam usually daily. Generally I am active and keep fit with the exception of colds during the change of season. My face looks pale. My height is 5-11 and my weight is 85 kg. Please advise the cause of low hemoglobin, urgency to urinate with poor bladder control and if the cracks under the feet is due to lower hemoglobin or something else. Please advise.

You might be having overactive bladder. You need treatment for that.
Secondly your hemoglobin is not much low.
Thirdly you need to look into serum creatinine.
Fourthly your prescription needs to be rationalised to give the optimal dose while reducing the total number of tablets which might be leading to irregular treatment and fluctuating hba1c.
Fifthly you can try urinary alkaliser to slowly erode the stone and pass through urine. To get an optimal prescription with lesser and s...more

Noodles and pasta are rich in calories and have high amount of carbohydrates. They are easy to make and also saves cooking time. If you are a non-vegetarian, you can also add lean chicken and a lot of vegetables to the noodles and pasta that will convert it into a high calorie and nutritious food and provide you essential minerals and proteins.

Thank you for visiting SexInfo! If you are curious about what your hymen looks like, you can use a flashlight and a mirror to see inside your vaginal canal. Lie on your back and position the mirror between your legs so you can see your vulva, and slowly spread the inner and outer “lips” (known as the labia minora and labia majora) of your vulva. If you cannot see into your vaginal canal, use a flashlight to illuminate the area (although this can be tricky while trying to hold the mirror and your...more
