You have dry skin so you have to use good moisturizer every day. You can also use alove vera gel daily. Mixture of glycerin with rose water apply daily at night.

This are ulcers arising due to stress. For immediate relief take some vitamin supplements n apply glycerin over it. To prevent it, take healthy n balanced diet. Avoid spicy and oilly foods.

This may be some allergic reaction or teeth bite apply glycerin and keep it clean, presently antibiotics are not advised you can take b complex with vitamin c.

It's not necessarily abnormal, unless accompanied by greenish vomiting and distention of abdomen. If child is playful and taking feeds normally, nothing to worry. You may try glycerin suppository.

Please keep your mouth clean and apply boro glycerin paint on ulcers. Take b complex with folic acid one tab two times a day for a week.
