There is absolutely no harm in applying a little nivea cream on your forehead or eyelids and the headache can only be a normal headache or migraine headache. You take the normal painkillers like calpol and get rest and have a relaxed mind. As the cream is meant for use on the face the ingredients are safe and if at all some men are allergic to any of the ingredients, it will subside in a day.

I noticed a lump on my anal edge in september 2019 and I thought it's normal pimple and I ignored that it'll go away own but it didn't almost 2 months and then I used coconut oil on it. You definitely have a hemorrhoid. It will hurt even more if you are constipated and when you strain while defecating. Hence try to increase the fiber in your diet and you can also use isabgol powder if you have constipation. Avoid breads and maida based products as they increase constipation. Add more fruits and vegetables to your diet. The pain will automatically reduce when the clot dissolves which takes a minimum of two weeks provided there is no strain. Continue sitz bath and smuth cream as ...more
