I have seen the query. It is incomplete. There is no information on what is the fasting, pp glucose level or hba1c%, or your weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of physical activity. So difficult to give any suggestions. Thanks.

U take thin dal ok. Take low calorie high protein low sodium diet. Don't take coffee. Don't drink water immediately after meal. 10-12 glass water you can take.

Fallow this diets breakfast take oats or dalia salty one plate, 11am take sprouts one plate in lunch take proper meal like dal, 2chapati, vegetables, salad in evening take green tea with 5pics of badam in dinner take vegetables roti and salad, take proper water like 12glass of water every day add in daily diets sprouts, paneer, rajama, fruits.

1.Do regular aerobic exercise for 1 hour daily (brisk walking, jogging,running, swimming,cycling etc)
2.Reduce weight if overweight
3Control diet
a) Avoid sweets, sugar/honey, milk, milk product excess calorie and carbohydrate rich diet like white bread, cereal, rice, pasta
b) avoid all refined food like maida, pasta, starchy food like rice, potato, bakery item, processed food,
c) include more fiber like pulse, green leafy vegetable, cucumber, carrot, tomato, j legume.
