Both fasting and PP glucose levels are too high, suggesting current treatment is not adequate. There is a need for up grading it. Plus you will have to give a closer look at your diet and extent of daily exercise. In blood glucose control along with drugs diet and exercise play a very vital role. Hello sir, thanks for the query. Your medication needs to be changed. Start zoryl mv1 one tablet before lunch and 1 before dinner. Also start tab ziten m 20/500 one tablet in morning before breakfast. Keep your routine regular.
Eat food at regular intervals (every 4 hourly. Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise for atleast 1 hr daily.
Check your sugars after 1 month fbs, pmbs, hba1c.
