Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever your mother or grandparent eat in bfast. Hello, Thanks for the query.
The details given are unclear. Since there is no mention of actual fasting, PP glucose levels,& HbA1c% there is no way to give any suggestions. Because by saying " sugar level & HbA1c5 are in good control" I do not understand what is considered as normal. thanks.

Hi Geeta... These tablets are not the solution for PCOS... They will just Mask the symptoms...
Think of taking homoeopathic treatment... It has all the chances of curing it permanently..

Will also make your periods regular thereby making it easy to conceive.

Mr Gaurang, Thanks for the query.
Fasting 140 to 150 mg is high. Ideally it should be < 100 mg & PP should be 150 to 170 mg plus HbA1c% < 6.8. From the levels mentioned there is a need to upgrade the treatment, plus give a closer look at your diet and exercise schedule. In this communication we are supposed to give only general guide lines, no drugs can be prescribed. You may get in touch with your local doctor for the same. If you want my help, then please comme in a private conversation (...more
