safe.. however treatment depends on the grade...Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. 1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of ac. As our nose is the most sensitive part of our body, when there is temperature difference between two rooms or inside n outside, then if we not protect our nose, it gets affected.

Ac use is not related to fairness of skin. In fact people who stay in ac regularly are more prone to skin problems. Ac is not recommended for fairness or skin health at all.
Next for fairer skin, make a face pack mixing multani mitti+ chandan powder+haldi+ lemon juice + rise water and apply daily once till you t dries. Then wash with warm water.
Always use a sun scree with spf 30 or more before stepping out in sun.

I have seen the details given. Fasting glucose is quite high, pp looks better. There is no mention about hba1c%. It is important to know that value, as it gives an idea about long term control. Hba1c% should be < 7, at your age.
Another aspect, your weight 98 kgs appears to be very high. There is no mention of height, so bmi can not be calculated. Ideally bmi should be < 23 kgs/sq meter.
Please let me know your diatary pattern and extent of dai...more

3.Alcoholism or due to effect of some anti hypertensive and psychiatric drugs (pregnancy,menopause)
