However one thing that is definitely known is that in treating COPD we need to use a class of inhaled medicine called anticholinergics. This medicine is missing in the combination that you describe. Hence it is Not the recommended combination.

Tryptomer has a common side-effect that leads to dizziness or light headedness, which can get more pronounced when taken in combination of BP lowering drugs. Start with a lower dose after discussion with your treating doctor, while getting up or lying down, make the movements gradually, do not take the heart medications at the same time as tryptomer.
