The medication you mention is quite safe and methylphenidate is usually not combined with any other medications that lower the seizure threshold in patients that are already at risk for seizures, including but not limited to those who are in active withdrawal from alcohol and under treatment for the same. lybrate-user, Lipicure tablet is given in a person who has increased lipid level (cholesterol) particularly total cholesterol, LDL & Triglycerides. In a person with diabetes most often there dyslipidemia (increased lipids). Therefore such a tablet is given. Fenofibrate is more often used when triglycerides are increased. Thanks.

Both are good. Such combination studies are not done usually. So, you can use whichever combination works for you. But at the age of 64, it is better to use etizolam.
