Your diabetes is not under control which is why you feel tired. Check your fbs, 2hr ppbs and hba1c from a good lab and inform privately. Now you make humalog 30 units in the night also and take glucomet sr 1 gm twice daily and glimi 2 mg once in the morning and report. Did you mean diapride m2 two tabs in the morning, which is incorrect dosage.(that is 4 mg glimipride and 500 metformin) it is not as easy task to control blood sugar in the desired normal range. It could had been better had you provided us with detailed history of your diabetes like for how many years, your control status with fasting and HbA1c reports. The symptoms what you are asking appear to be due to the effect of medicine. Kindly explain what is the time interval between your medicine and breakfast. Hello, Thanks for the query.
It is difficult give a clear answer whether a SGLT - 2 Inhibitor can be added to existing therapy withput knowing full details of the case. I need to know the following: Fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, serum creatinine & urea levels, eGFR and whethe there is microalbuminura. If kidney function is compromised or eGFR is low, then certain drugs can not be sude including metformin and SGLT-2 Inhibitors. Thanks.

When one takes adequate dosage of drugs, plus follows a strictly controlled diet and does regular exercise, blood glucose does get controlled. Therefore, it appears your present treatment is not proper. I need to know following things for giving any suggestions: fasting & PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, present dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise.
