since only post prandial is elevated you can add voglibose 0.3 mg to be taken with food to get the value under control. Note, if you have low sugar problem after adding voglibose, you will need to take glucose and not the usual sugar to take care of the problem

From the information it is clear that you have ED. But there is no information on how is blood glucose controlled. Because ED is one of the most common long term complication to develop, particularly more so if glucose levels are not well controlled. Since there is no mention about fasting, PP glucose levels, HbA1c%, weight, height, dietary pattern and extent of daily exercise. It is necessary to know those details before any suggestion is made.
