Fasting glucose 145 mg is very high. Ideally it should be < 100 mg or closer to 100 mg. Only Glimepiride 2 mg may not be beneficial. Some additional drugs may be required. What is the PP glucose levels & HbA1c%. With aging skin does become dry and wrinkled. That is a normal process. Thanks.

Also there is a need to know her lipid profile, serum creatinine & urea levels to give any specific advise.
