Mr. Lybrate-user, t2 diabetes is a condition which can only be controlled by taking appropriate drugs, diet control and exercise. There is no cure, treatment has to go on for life time. You have to strive to maintain fasting closer to 100 mg and pp 150 to 160 mg/100 ml and hba1c%<7 for achieving good control and preventing long term complications of diabetes. With regards.

Do your hba1c. Hba1c will show you exact diabetes control. Fasting and post meals sugar will show particular day glucose reading. Fbs and ppbs is trailer of diabetes, hba1c is entire movie. Do your hba1c from srl or metropolis.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
From the given glucose levels, it is clear that present treatment is not adequate. Ideally FBG should be <100 mg, PP 150 to 160 mg & HbA1c%<6.8, for very good control.
So there has to be some addition to present treatment. Plus a re-look has to be given to your dietary pattern and amount if exercise being done. Thanks.
