take tab. glimstar pm 2 before meal in morning. and other same. and you can take diet for diabetes. low sugar breakfast cereal oats., low sugar bran flakes,peas or leafy green. brown rice .whole grain foods. whole grain pasta.
Avoid stress. Alcohol, sweet foods, oily and spicy foods, fast foods, cold drinks, Go for walk. You can join zym. By meditation and medication You can control diabetes / sugar level. DO tests HBA1C every 6 months.

There is no fit for all medicines. You have mentioned your medicines but you have not mentioned your Regular BP, Sugar, Cholesterols. Based on them only it is wise to change medicines. If you have not done any of those investigations kindly get them done.

Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables, salads and fruits. Do regular exercise for at least 1 hour. Maintain near normal weight. Your bmi is 29.14 kgs which is quite high.
