I hope you consulted a gynecologist. If not pl consult. Tranexa mf can be taken for heavy bleeding. But gynase tab should only be taken in consultation with gynec as it is a harmonal tab. If your gynec has prescribed then both can be taken together.

Trapic -MF is a hemostatic agent given to decrease bleeding ,it has no effect on fibroid.
Regesterone is given to regularise menstrual cycle and to decrease bleeding, it also has no effect on fibroid.

Take plain glimepiride 1 mg before breakfast. Take metformin 500 mg twice daile, before breakfast & dinner. Repeat fbs & ppbs after 2 weeks. Take small quantities of food every 3-4 hours during day. Never starve. If you exercise, do so only after taking light food.

Sir you meet your Diabetologist / Consultant who is treating you and report your problem. You shall have to exclude any Neuropathy or Myopathy which is a complication of Diabetes. Please do not ignore.

I have seen the details given. Your blood glucose levels both fasting and PP are really quite good. There is no reason to reduce those any further. I am sure you have checked HbA1c%, that should be < 7%.
