Hi. I understand your concerns. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigations like chest x ray to look for infection. If it's normal you will need to undergo pulmonary function test which is needed for diagnosis and also to assess severity of asthma based on which treatemnt can be started. Follow a diet which is low in carbohydrate, low in fat ,high in protein and high in fiber. Avoid sugar, jaggery and Honey. Avoid fried foods. Avoid fruits juices and cold drinks. The blood glucose level mentioned is too high, suggesting totally uncontrolled diabetes. What is the HbA1c%? Please check that too. It appears present treatment with Diazide M three times a day and Ten 20 tab, is not adequate. We may have to upgrade the treatment. Looking at the high blood glucose llevel it is essential to shift to a long acting Insulin like Glargine, then control the high glucose and then shift back to only oral drugs, if possible. Because such a high ...more
