Fever is still there and For fever take one tablet paracetamol 650 mg and can repeat it after eight hours as and when needed and I will suggest you to eat nutritious home made food with adequate fluid intake and take physical rest and Get your blood checked for CBC Mp widal UrineR and follow up with reports.

Hello there. If redness pain and fever are there it means symptoms are increasing. Discharge from lesion is a bad sign. Without examining you it will be difficult to comment now. Its better you visit your doctor again.

You have to improve your food habits do
1. Take 2/ 3 glass of warm water in the morning before brush 2. Take more water in day
3. Take meals at fixed hrs, chew food properly/ completely, no eating quickly 4. Take small amount of food at a time, take more frequent meals - may be five times a day.
5. No spicy/ fried/ fast/ junk/processed food. 6. No smoking, chewing gum, and carbonated beverages.
6. No milk for few days, can take curd, no uncooked salad
7. Avoid constipationmore

You must not take antacids for a longer period. Here is a good reason for this.

Literature says that if a person is diagnosed with low magnesium levels before in lifetime than the person should not be given pantoprazole and if the person is not having low magnesium levels in lifetime than the person will not have side effects pertaining to it

The fall in hemoglobin can be attributed to blood loss or lack of blood forming due to absence of iron in food . In your case gastritis may be causing small amounts of blood loss via the intestines and hence the anemia

Hello ,
probably your father is suffering from congenital hiatus hernia. If surgery is not required (as told by the endoscopist) medical therapy is sufficient to take of symptoms. But I want to know what is the exact problem that your father is suffering which brought him to the doctor? If it is cough, then he needs a detailed evaluation at his age. Regarding use of pantoprazole or omeprzole or any of these proton pump inhibitors, they are more or less quite similar in actions. So do not wor...more
