About Glenoxl 100 MG Injection

Glenoxl 100 MG Injection is usually administered to treat advanced stages of colon and rectal cancer. It is generally combined with other medicines as well. It works by destroying the malignant cells and stunting the growth of tumors.

Glenoxl 100 MG Injection shouldn’t be administered if one is allergic to any platinum products such as carboplatin and cisplatin, is suffering from lung disorders such as interstitial lung diseases and pulmonary fibrosis and if you are about to administer palifermin within a day of the usage of Glenoxl 100 MG Injection.

The usage of Glenoxl 100 MG Injection can be tricky under conditions such as pregnancy or during breastfeeding, if you are using any prescription or OTC medications, herbal preparations and other dietary supplements or if one is allergic to certain foods and medicines.

Other risk factors include a personal history of breathing and lung disorders, liver disorders, kidney diseases, bone marrow issues or other nerve disorders.

Glenoxl 100 MG Injection should not be used in conjunction with anticoagulants because that just increases the risks of bleeding and palifermin because the mouth sores might then persist for a longer period of time.

This drug can result in side effects such as blurred vision, temporary loss of vision, balance problems, fatigue, dizziness, etc. If diarrhea and vomiting occur as well, you should hydrate yourself sufficiently in order to avoid dehydration. Prolonged usage of Glenoxl 100 MG Injection can often result in a decrease in the platelet count in the blood. Avoid activities that may cause injuries or bruising. Report to your physician if you notice dark or bloody stools. Usage of this drug can take a toll on the body’s immunity as well. Don’t go for any vaccination while this drug is being administered. Problems such as troubled breathing and dry coughs must be reported without any ado. Glenoxl 100 MG Injection can also result in a burning, stinging sensation of your extremities and the region around the throat and mouth. A feeling of tightness in the jaws, pain in the eyes and the joints and angina could be rare but severe side effects of this drug.
