The tablet is a steroid and if you plan to continue this pregnancy you must stop it and as you had already taken steroid while foetus was forming, you check up and see if you can continue this pregnancy.

Hi ,you have dysmenorrhea and ayurveda has the correct solution for that ,because hormonal pills only give temporary relief and had many side effects.
So stop talking this, regulise your routine which is most important diet- light home made food ,avoid junk food
exercise- regular yoga take alovera juice of any company ,and dashmoola aristha and for proper treatment protocol consult online.

Clarify with the doctor that you are breastfeeding and if you had gone to consult for iregular menses, and hence given this medication. U may not take it ,not for safety concern but cause once you stop feeding usually your periods will become regular on their own without hirmones.

It is ok to take the medications. But I would recommend you to opt for natural food stuffs like legumes like chickpeas, lentils ,beans seeds like sesame nuts like almond cashew which are high in zinc content. As zinc is a trace element we need it only in small quantities. Also the most important thing in covid is eat healthy stay healthy. Drink lots of water. And most importantly sanitize, wear masks and keep social distancing.

Hi. You should not stop medicine. If your mom has repeat episode of bleeding, then don't worry, first contact your attending Dr, she may increase the dose of meds or alter them as needed. Don't panic, all the best.
