Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query.
Usually in diabetes a dictum is followed that is" No fasting and No Feasting" Because both are not helpful in maintaining proper glucose levels.
However, if you are fasting and that means there absolutely no food intake, then it is better to avoid the dugs on that day. If you are eating some other alternate foods, then there is need to take the drugs. Thanks.

Dear
There are very few clinical records to support, but the best combination of foods is rich sources of natural vitamins, especially Vit ACE and B. Stop eating any sorts of packaged, preserved, frozen foods to reduce the uptake of preservatives.
Contact with your other health records to plan a proper detoxification program which is drugfree.
Regards.

Get your hba1c done. You can either add metformin or gliptins to take care of you post prandial high sugars. Erectile dysfunction can be due to several causes like nervous, psychological, atherosclerotic related which needs to evaluated via counselling, doppler and medication. First get your sugar under control.

Mr. lybrate-user, hello, thanks ror the query.
The fasting glucose mentioned is quite high. Ideally fbg should be < 100 mg to closer to it. Pp should be 150 to 170 mg & hba1c% < 7% at your age. Therefore, it is clear that your diabetes is not in proper control. So there is a need to look at overall treatment which includes dietary pattern, extent of daily exercise, lipid profile and drug therapy. So I need to know your hba1c%, lipid profile, and above mentioned information. So if you come ba...more
