Krimson 35 (Ethinyl estradiol) is not only an anti-PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) tablet it is a birth control pill also.
So, if you are regularly having these pills, you need not be concerned about pregnancy.
But, there exists risk regarding pregnancy only if you are an irregular user. Also for first 7 days on pills use another contraceptive also.

There is no fixed time in which one bleeds after taking an emergency contraceptive pill. Sometimes unexpected bleeding occurs more over it is not necessary. The next menstrual cycle can be early or delayed as side effects of the pill. You need to do a urine pregnancy test. It should be done 10 days after missing your period. For example, if your date was 10th, then do the test on the 20th. Before that, it can give a false negative or false-positive test.

Were your periods regular before this?
It can be because of hormonal imbalance. Get your thyroid profile, cbc, fsh, prolactin, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
If everything is normal then do an ultrasound of abdomen.
Homeopathy is a very effective for this problem n has very encouraging results. And homeopathic medicines are safe and do not have any side effects at all.

Hello.
It's nothing to worry .breakthrough bleeding or spotting may occur initially when you start the pills, gradually it settles down, continue the pills in the same way as you were advised ignoring the bleeding.
