if taken regularly without missing a single dose then chances of pregnancy are negligible.

Chance of spillage depend on the conditions. Primolut n can prevent pregnancy if doses are not missed but it's not an ocp. If you wish to have intercourse, switch over to krimson 35 or diane as they help in protection as well as in pcod.
