Hi, I seem to be having some fungal infection between my thighs and groin. It is itchy on the thighs where my groin sac touches. I stay in office most of the time and can't help it. Also, my underwear shows some white substance on it where my groin touches my thighs and the portion of the skin here at this point having no hair and is silky smooth to touch. But some sticky substance gets produced often. Please suggest medicine and also dietary changes.I am non-veg and have NV once a week.

There might be fungal infection. You can start with antifungal tablets FLUCONAZOLE 150MG once a day x 3 days alternate in a week and add locally powder CANDID B.

Doctors my father is facing issues in his leg. His leg below the knees turns a little bit blue and swells alot. He consulted one private dctr and he said he needs to have a operation as there is 2-3 gaath in the veins/leg. I won't advice you to take covid vaccine for now. And at the same time will advise you to practice physical distancing and hand hygiene with use of masks whenever you go out and avoid crowded places and moving out un necessarily.
Also at the same time you should get a test done for all the items you are allergic to and then consult a doctor and if you aren't allergic to the consituents in vaccine then only you should take it.
