Its not actually.
If no previous episode of miscarriages/sonography is normal/and if this is her natural conception then no need.
But some studies suggest it helps in maintainance of pregnancy.

On 21 at Oct I got periods even though I am on progesterone tab. 21 at Oct is my 24th day. Is it possible to have period on 24 th day when I am on progesterone.
