Naturogest is progesterone which is secreted by pregnancy to maintain it. As it is naturally secreted then there is no need to take progesterone. Progesterone tablets have become fashion and a source of income these days for the doctors. There is no need to take any medicines except folic acid in the first 3 months. The problem which you r facing is very common and has no solution.

If your pregnancy needs progesterone as decided by you gynec you have to take it and apply coconut oil on scalp and do not shampoo. Just leave the oil to dry and take multivitamins and check thyroid by TSH test.

Yes you can gain weight naturally.
Gymming and increasing muslce weight will help.
Eat breakfast within one hr of waking up.
Take carbohydrate rich meals for brekafast for gaining weight like poha, upma, parathas, sandwiches, oat meals, idlis
gradually increase the qty of rice, rotis, potatoes, sweet potatoes, bananas in your lunch and dinner

Hi, greetings!
it is known as gynecoamstia. It can be corrected by minor surgery and it cannot be corrected by naturally (medicine and exercise will not help)
