u r getting good tt I dont think there is any risk dt low progesteron although u will have to take good control of ur thyroid bcoz it causes missed ab iugr n sometimes sudden IUD.Yellow discharge may be dt inf so get ur vaginal swab culture done and keep the area dry.

Everything is fine. Vomitting is an element of pregnancy. Its always because of intolerence to smell. It would disapper on its own. As you have already crossed 12 weeks it does not matter if you take progesterone becasue the placenta is developed by now and is secreting its own progesterone. Everything else seems to be ok. Susten 200 is only recommended as a progesterone supplement. This means it is orally administered to those womens when they unable to produce enough of it. This medicine should not be use in later stages of pregnancy, preferably use in 2nd and 3rd trimester.

The only medicine I would suggest is folic acid tablets which if taken at least 6 wks prior to conception would decrease the chances of neural tube defects in the baby

Just to update you that Proluton, Susten and Duphastone all are progesterone which are given to support pregnancy.
