I feel a pregnancy test at this stage is not conclusive. It only adds to the anxiety. Just continue with the medicines, be relaxed and let nature take its course.

Dear Sunita
hello
gestofit 200 is a progestational hormone medicine , this is not used as contraceptive pill

this medicine is used by people who are either planning to conceive nd require progesterone supplementation OR during pregnancy
Do not self medicate yourself , take medicine according to doctors prescription because the dosage and the days on which it is taken may vary according to the indication for which it is taken
hopefully that answer your query

Don’t worry about any side effects. But if you experience any side effects like bloating of abdomen, drowsiness, then consider consulting your doctor. You can consider consulting me online, if you feel so.

It is not needed for the entire pregnancy period. Keep getting regular check ups done and take good care of your diet, light exercise and a positive approach. All the best :)
