this tablet is taken to support pregnancy. usually taken after ovulation. yes there are women who have progesterone hormone deficiency called as literally phase defect and it can help such women or somebody put on ovulation inducing agents

Hello,
yes these are progesterone and offered to support pregnancy if you become pregnant. So its better to get a urine pregnancy test done first and if positive then continue but if negative then can stop it to allow your menses to resume.
