To gain some weight, you need to eat healthy. Take small meals but eat something solid every 2 hours.
1. Take at least two fruits per day and one glass fruit juice.
2. Take one peanut butter/cheese sandwich daily.
3. Eat 20 almonds & 5 khajoor daily
4. Drink full cream milk, curd, lassi, chikoo shakes etc.
5. If your are non veg you can have more eggs, chicken, fish.
6. Dals have good protien. Have more dals, rajma, kabuli chana, soya beans etc.

You need to have a diet and exercise plan based on your bmi, age & weight and sex, presence of any diseases. There are exercises specific for each part of body like hips, thighs or abdomen. Comprehensive exercise& diet plan based on whether vegetarian /non vegetarian can be given. May also need to do some tests. Exercise like stretching
swimming regularly
yoga like Tadasan and Sarvang asana.
play Basket ball regularly.
Take proper balanced nutritios and protein rich diet.
*Mix two tablespoons of ashwagandha powder in a glass of warm cow’s milk.
1. Add sugar or jaggery according to your taste and mix well.
2. Drink it every night before going to bed at least for 45 days to increase your height.
