My sister is complaining of itching in genital area, she is 33 years old. Seen by doc, it reduces when applying betamethasone cream. But comes back when you stop the cream, please advise.

Stop betamethasone before it causes side effects. You may be suffering from tinea cruris which is fungal infection of the inner thighs, groin and buttocks area. It is also called jock itch. It can be treated by taking four to six weeks of anti fungal treatment which includes tablets along with creams. Do not use soap over that area. I had sex on 13th july, half of the time we used protection and half of the time did not, first time all the semen was into condom and the second time we started without protection and he did not cum though! I was expecting my periods on 14th july or 16th july and I am not down yet it's 19th july now. Can I get pregnant and yesterday I bleed a little. But yesterday I was suffering from an infection also.in which I was just peeing continuously and it was burning there so I used a ointment 'gentalene' which cured it. Really confused bleeding was because of this infection or can I expect periods.

There are chances of pregnancy but less. You can do your urine pregnancy test on first morning sample of urine to confirm pregnancy after 3 days if periods didn't come.

It may be urinary tract infection along with fungal infection. Take plenty of fluids orally. Nitrofurantoin tablet twice a day for 5 days along with local application of clotrimazole+betamethasone combination.
