Whenever there is mucous discharge from the nostrils I will suggest you to take one tablet of cetrizine at night and it’s better to avoid nasal drops and I will suggest you to buy a steam inhaler machine of crescent company and Take a flow of steam (of plain water only ) over the forehead through the inhaler and can repeat the process after eight hours as and when required

1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
3. Cover your nose and mouth with hanky for at least 30 sec when you go in dusty areas also when you go in and out of AC. firstly improve your immunity. avoid all cold and sour foods,
did you ever check with your nose, you might be having either a deviated nasal septum or Inferior turbinate hypertrophy, of which Turbinate hypertrophy can to some extent be treated by nasal spray. but if DNS is something causing issue then it needs to be surgically treated
