Hello sir, thanks for the query. Your medication needs to be changed. Start zoryl mv1 one tablet before lunch and 1 before dinner. Also start tab ziten m 20/500 one tablet in morning before breakfast. Keep your routine regular.
Eat food at regular intervals (every 4 hourly. Eat a balanced diet.
Exercise for atleast 1 hr daily.
Check your sugars after 1 month fbs, pmbs, hba1c.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
Usually Tenelegliptin with metformin is given once a day. Whereas Glimiperide and metformin combinations are (either 1 mg, 2 mg with 500 mg metformin) are given once or twice a day. Tenelegliptin is given once only. I am not aware of twice a day dosage. Please check with your doctor and adjust the dose. Thanks.

Your sugar levels are very high since you stopped medicines due unfortunate loss if job
was your sugar under control with these medicines 3 months ago
if yes then if you can afford these medicines then restart them and check sugar every third day till controlled is achieved
if there are financial issues then better to shift to metform 1000 twice a day with meals and human premixed insulin after consulting a doctor for insulin dose and injection technique

2. Avoid eating too much sweets and rice food
3. Finish your dinner 2 hrs before your bedtime
4. Take adequate rest, do not get tense for ease things.
5. Keep your health at your conscious level, do not panic too much by the numbers.

Your present treatment seems to be fine. But it would be best if you take glucobay 50 along with food thrice a day. And not before food.
