hi dear
the most common surgical correction of DNS(deviated nasal septum) and the corrective surgery is septoplasty .
although no medical correction is available you can use nasivion NS as a drop for nasal congestion as it is not habit forming and a steam inhalation regularly.some yoga or breathing exercises would be better.jal neti is difficult can be practiced under supervision.
hope it helps

Dear lybrate-user, your daughter is showing signs of increased respiratory effort- like restless, not able to breathe properly and wheezing. You must see nearby doctor / hospital. She might be suffering from bronchiolitis.
She will require nebulisation and pulse oximetry for saturation measurement.
