if your isg did not show gallery stones then it's unlikely.
You are on ganton total ,good drug but long term of acid lowering drugs not recommended due to potential to cause vitamin b12 deficiency. We have to see the curable and modifiable factors to actually cure disease and not to suppress by acid lowering drugs. Pl share your complete report's.
